1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service are entered into by Scopecheck ("Scopecheck," "we," or "us") and the individual or entity using this service ("you"). By using ScopeCheck, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Beta access

ScopeCheck is currently in private beta. Access is invite-only. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time during the beta period.

3. Appropriate use

ScopeCheck is designed for roofing contractors, estimators, and related professionals. You agree to:

• Use the service only for legitimate professional purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the analysis output
• Not share your account credentials with others

4. Analysis accuracy

ScopeCheck provides AI-assisted analysis to support your professional judgment — not replace it. Results are not a guarantee of completeness. Always apply your own professional expertise before submitting any estimate or claim.

5. Data & AI improvement

By using ScopeCheck, you agree that anonymized, aggregated data from your analyses may be used to train and improve ScopeCheck's AI models. Raw files and personally identifiable content are not used in model training.

6. Payments

ScopeCheck is pay-as-you-go. Each analysis is a one-time $29 charge with no subscription or recurring billing. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

7. Limitation of liability

ScopeCheck is provided "as is." We are not liable for any missed scope items, financial losses, or disputes arising from use of the service.
