Refund Policy

1. Overview

ScopeCheck is a pay-as-you-go digital service. Each $29 purchase grants you one scope analysis report, delivered instantly upon purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

2. Pay-As-You-Go (Per-Report Purchases)

Each purchase grants you access to one analysis. If an analysis has not been generated within 30 days of purchase, a full refund is available. Once an analysis has been generated, the purchase is non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within 30 days of a charge, email hello@scopecheck.co with your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and a brief description of the issue. Refund requests are processed within 5 business days.

4. Refund Window

All refunds must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests outside this window will not be accepted.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
